REJUVENATE IN AN OASIS IN THE GREEN

Casa Fluò: the ideal starting point to seek new experiences and immerse yourself in a breathtaking landscape, full of nature, history, and flavors.

CASA FLUÒ AND THE BOLOGNESE HILLS

Just a few minutes from the center of Bologna, Casa Fluò Relais is a haven of unspoiled nature—perfect for those who wish to experience the authentic beauty of the area.

Nestled in the heart of the Bolognese Hills, at the foot of Monte Paderno, Casa Fluò is surrounded by the stunning calanchi, ancient geological formations that have fascinated scholars and travelers, including Goethe in the 18th century.

Around the relais stretches a vast 10-hectare estate where you can stroll among vineyards, cultivated fields, and majestic trees.

RELAXING AND STROLLING THROUGH THE LANDSCAPE

For your moments of relaxation, our outdoor spaces are here to welcome you: a garden with hammocks and a beautiful panoramic terrace equipped with sun loungers overlooking the calanchi.

For a peaceful walk, you can follow the scenic trails that cross our property. Walking immersed in the beauty of the landscape will soothe your senses and help you rediscover serenity and balance.

Casa Fluò is also the perfect starting point for hiking or cycling excursions, along CAI trails that wind through woods, meadows, and clay formations.

THE ESTATE AND ORGANIC FARM

In our vineyards, which stretch across clay-rich soils, we cultivate DOC varieties of Pinot Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, Müller Thurgau, and Moscato, from which we produce our wines—from the classic method Fluovolè to the intense reds Fluò Velluto and Nora, aged in oak barrels.

Our organic vegetable garden is a living, ever-changing space, where we carefully grow the renowned San Luca Violet Artichoke, recognized as a Slow Food Presidium, along with a wide variety of seasonal vegetables.

These are lovingly brought to our tables, following the rhythm of nature to ensure fresh, wholesome, and genuine ingredients all year round.
