PERCORSO DI DEGUSTAZIONE CON ENOLOGO CON PRODOTTI DEL TERRITORIO
Vivere i sapori dei colli bolognesi sarà una delle esperienze più appaganti che potrete provare a Casa Fluò.
L’Azienda Agricola La Rovere è parte integrante della proposta di Casa Fluò e, oltre a fornire parte dei prodotti che diventano gli ingredienti dei nostri menù, produce vini tipici dei colli come il Nora Cabernet Sauvignon e il Bianco dell’Emilia.
Un percorso tra la sapienza dei viticoltori, le storie legate al territorio e le tradizioni gastronomiche.
Un esperto enologo vi guiderà nell’assaggio di vini tipici associati a specialità locali per portarvi a scoprire un mondo fatto di sapori e di cultura del cibo e del bere.
In base alla stagione, il percorso avviene nel cuore della vigna o attorno alla fiamma di un braciere rendendo l’esperienza decisamente più intensa.
Esperienza di 60 minuti – con degustazione di 4 vini abbinati a prodotti del territorio 38 euro – minimo 2 persone

TASTING TOUR WITH AN OENOLOGIST WITH LOCAL PRODUCTS

Living the flavors of the Bolognese hills will be one of the most satisfying experiences you can try at Casa Fluò.
La Rovere farm is an integral part of Casa Fluò’s proposal and, in addition to supplying part of the products that become the ingredients of our menus, it produces typical wines of the hills such as Nora Cabernet Sauvignon and Bianco dell’Emilia.
A journey through the wisdom of the winemakers, the stories linked to the territory and the gastronomic traditions.
An expert oenologist will guide you in tasting typical wines paired with local specialties to lead you in the discovery of a world of flavors and culture of food and drink.
Depending on the season, the path takes place in the heart of the vineyard or around the flame of a brazier, making the experience much more intense.
